I returned our rented vehicle on 3/1/21 without any damage to it of our doing. The rental agent looked it over and told us everything was fine. Then a few hours later, I get a call saying that they found a crack in the wheel well they were unable to see before hand due to dirt. I had run it through the car wash right next door two minuets before I dropped it off, so the dirt thing doesn't make any sense. I talked to the agent and told him that I absolutely know we did not cause that damage because we did not hit anything while driving. Now they are trying to charge me $1,000 for damage I did not create. I am never renting from this company again, they are very dishonest. I should have taken pictures beforehand to avoid this mess.

I rented a black nissan altima from buena park CA and noticed the windows were tinted really dark. But I figured it must be okay since other people have rented here also and enterprise would otherwise take care of it had it been a issue. On my trip I was stopped twice by hwy patrol and intorrgated with questions because the car looked suspicious due to the windows being really dark. After i returned the car to this location I told the rep that I was stopped twice and they need to do something about those windows all the rep said was I'm sorry and told me I was good to go. Few weeks later I received a damage claim from enterprise for the windows being tinted!! And the instrument cluster having a crack both of which I did not do. I have filed a complain with the better business bureau and will be disputing this with enterprise. Completely unethical and their thieves!!!. I have video of the car at pick up showing windows being too dark.

Car rental has been a very enjoyable experience with Enterprise. The staff has been very helpful and strives to deliver top notch customer service. I appreciated the ability to renew my rental agreement over the phone during the many months that I have been renting from Enterprise.nThe ability to get the oil changed and keep the same vehicle has also been helpful and a very simple process.nTo sum it all up, I am very satisfied with the service that I have received from the Enterprise team. They are very friendly and make you want to do business with them. They have been terrific!! Kudos to the staff of the Ann Arbor - Jackson Road location!!

I was informed I would have a vehicle similar to mine brought to the shop I dropped my car off at shortly after 8am. Called at 8am to inform them I had arrived at the location. I was informed twice that somebody was on their way and would arrive in 6-7 minutes. Enterprise did not arrive until after 9am (Enterprise was 10 mins from my location). They showed up with a mini van with 1/4 tank of gas. Not only is this location incapable of holding their commitments to their customers, but they're also incapable of working in an efficient and timely manner. I was also hung up on by Erin after I informed her that I couldn't continue to do business with them for the reasons listed above. I highly advise taking your business elsewhere.

Good service, not super fast but not too bad either. Friendly, and good prices. Will definitely use this place in the future. I was a customer of Hertz for many years, while prices are a bit better, the customer service and loyalty has gone down hill badly! I have a ton of saved points for free rental days, or even free weeks that I likely will not even use, the customer service at Hertz has gotten so bad! I will be an Enterprise customer as long as their service, and their great customer loyalty remains the way it presently is!
