I had the most wonderful experience with my rental car pick up and drop off. Leecia went above and beyond to be sweet and kind, while also moving through the process quickly and professionally. She also got me in and out fast even as she was training a new employee. What an absolute gem. Give her a raise please!

For our two-week-road-trip from Michigan to Seattle to Michigan, trough lots of National Parks, we wanted to rent an American truck. We've never driven something like that before)) And we got this red Dodge RAM monster - it seemed so huge on the first day!!)))nnWe loved the entire experience with it, had a lot of fun, and created many amazing memories.nnThere was a little problem though. A tire on the left front wheel should be changed before going to such a long trip. And Kayla, who assisted us, was so helpful and competent. We gave her our timeline with our locations and she managed everything. She's found a Firestone in Minneapolis (which was on our route) and they changed the tire within 30 minutes.nnPerfect!

Rented a compact car for a week.n1. Car wouldn’t track straight in the lane on the way home, needed constant correcting. Got home and checked the tire pressure. To my surprise, there was a 5 lb difference from L to R in the front and 3 lb in rear. Both LH tires were low. On a vehicle this small, that is significant.n2. The vehicle had been smoked in.nnStaff was professional on pick up and drop off.

My insurance arranged a rental car through this Enterprise location because I was in a car accident last week. Kayla and Josh were so helpful! I think I called them every day for the first week with different questions, and they were always polite and so helpful. Kayla worked with me to rent a Mazda that I am considering buying for my next vehicle. This will allow me to try it for a few weeks, which was so so helpful. She really went above and beyond. Her customer service and kindness made all the difference in the world during a really stressful situation.
