If you need to rent a car this is the only place you need. I had horrible experiences with 2 other car rental places but this place was amazing and so helpful in my hour of need. The people are very friendly and the vehicles are top notch!
Unbelievably friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of cars that are always clean and in great condition. Very efficiently run, which is convenient in the mornings when I am in a rush to get to work. Highly recommended.
Excellent retail location. Best of the 2 in Ann Arbor! It was a bit tricky to find our first time, as it is down a hallway inside the hotel, but a simple inquiry at the front desk and we were talking with our Hertz agent right away! In and out was only minutes, and the service was on point. Made our rental experience much more pleasant than any we have had prior. We will return.
Great car, free upgrades, smiling and friendly people, everything about this Hertz location is superb. Plus, they reimburse you the cost of Uber from your home to this location if needed. Just solid.
