Overall wonderful, SUV was nice.. I will be honest they could have vacuumed and it was in need a Car wash badd, however check in was smooth, in and out, associated she was politely … I did have to keep the truck and extra day was able to call in (got transfer to another branch) but it was smooth they just charged my same card on file, retuned car was met outside, she added 20 credit back on my card for my LYFT ( I guess do to all this they don't drop you off no more) , however she left the car unlocked so me and my daughter could wait for our LYFT........

horrible service and unwilling to accommodate customers. would definitely recommend another Enterprise in the area if you need assistance.
Location closed but entreprise will still rent from it online and force you to go 3 miles out of town for pickup, without warning. Unacceptable.
The staff at the Huron St. (Ann Arbor) site was courteous & accommodating. I appreciated their contacting me to verify my plans to return the car. It was especially nice to learn that my Costco membership offered a lower price on the rental.
