If I could give no stars I would. I reserved a car a week in advance. Called today at 2:30pm to confirm my reservation. The owner said the car I rented was stolen. They apparently only have 3 cars available and the renters of the other two will not return the vehicles because they don't have the money to pay for the rental. They supposedly have luxury vehicles but only in west Virginia so him telling me that doesn't really help my situation. The owner said he was going to call me tonight but that's too late for me to set up a different rental through a different company. I was supposed to be in Chicago for my father in laws funeral but now I have to miss it because the other rental car companies won't have anything available within my budget. Thanks uncut car rental for your poor service and making it impossible to get to my father in laws funeral. I also had booked my hotel with no cancellation so I'm out 300 dollars for that too. I would never recommend this company and hope they learn from their mistakes and hopefully make it right by offering to reimburse me for the money I am out due to their negligence. Btw all reviews look like they are from people who are related to them. What a scam.
This is a great company run by genuine and honest people. They have created a more simple method to rent cars and it works great.
