Don’t fall for the up selling on the insurance it doubled the price of my rental ud83dude20☹ufe0fnThere was a long line outside of the building some people did not respect the idea of social distancing so I didn’t feel very comfortable being on top of each othernI had an appointment apparently six other people had the same appointment timeud83dude15nHowever the staff was very professional and courteous they did begin to move the Long line pretty quicklynI noticed when I got in the car that the seats were dirty and there were old french fries in between the driver seat and the shift gear so I took it to the nearest car wash and vacuumed out the car myself and disinfected it before going any furthernI’ll try to contact them by phone about the over pricing of my rentalnI was placed on hole and then disconnected three different timesnNot very happy about my first Enterprise rental experience this was thenRoseville Michigan Store .

Matt, the representative that helped me was very professional and attentive during my return of a rental.nAlthough it was quite busy the day of the return he made sure ti repeatedly assure me that he’d get to me as soon as he could.nThe wait wasn’t that long but I’m thankful for the concern he showed me.nIf ten stars were available Matt would receive them from me for a job well done.nAny future rental need will be handled by Enterprise

I have been going to this Enterprise in Roseville for about 5 months now and I have to stay the service is great! I have been typically working with Matt and he consistently takes good care of me, quick service and I personally just like his service. He’s always very friendly and very attentive to my needs. I recommend this Enterprise without a doubt!
