Reservation was through my insurance company and I received the call and it was great. The service was excellent friendly staff. They took safety precautions as required and was a great visit.
Rented a car. From the brighton location and customer services has been fantastic. They even delivered the vehicle to my hotel for my convenience. Best ever experience. Keep up the great work you do!!!!!
Quick, easy, courteous, contactless. Perfect rental every time from this place. I tried some other local rental places and will never do that again. This is the go to when you need a car rental in the area.
Enterprise in Brighton, MI has been an excellent place for renting a car. Their customer service has been fabulous and accommodating ... always friendly and willing to assist as needed. I have strictly been using this location for rentals.... I have dealt with Cara a lot who has been more than helpful to me. Rentals are always ready and clean!
WARNING - You may be accused of damaging your vehicle and may have the management at this location blame you for it and try to get payment. The damage will likely be something difficult to see that you will have missed when you picked up the vehicle. One point to remember: do they have photographic proof the vehicle wasn't damaged when you picked it up?
