Would give 0 stars if I could. We prepaid almost $1,000 for a rental and it wasn’t here for us. The owner was extremely rude and started belittling me by calling me “honey baby sweetie” and when I told him not to speak to me like that, he told me he wouldn’t honor our reservation or refund our money. Worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my life.
A gentleman name Kal was extremely courteous and patient when helping us obtain a rental car , when we had found ourselves stranded a about 15 miles away.nThank you Budget, and thank God for Kal!
Definitely not budget priced 248 for less thenc24 hours never again .
Ok, some cars are newer and some are used and need to be cleaned better.
Amanda refused to honor our reservation, which left us stranded. She was to lazy to stay to complete our reservation and kicked my husband out after he arrived at our scheduled reservation time. She had some incredibly rude words for him and made up some excuse, refusing his identification. He was using his valid Michigan driver license and two credit cards as forms of ID. We have rented many times in the past, from Enterprise, Budget, Hertz and National. We both have completely clean driving records and good credit. We needed a rental car in a pinch when ours broke down. Now I will be having to call off work because of her attitude and lazyness. Complaints are now on file with Budget corporate, Priceline and the BBB.
