I had to switch out of the initial vehicle I picked up due to the vehicle smelling like smoke (cigarette). I was a little taken back to find that there could have been a charge to my account if I had smoked in the car yet the car I got a car that was smoked in. They provided me a new car that was significantly smaller than the original car. I am usually satisfied with Enterprise but on this rental I was not.
The staff was pleasant and extremely helpful. I was dealing with a lot of person stuff and was thankful to receive excellent customer service, that helped me through this difficult time.
The customer service at Enterprise Enfield was excellent. I had a set budget for a mini vacation for a rare time I had two consecutive days off. The employee at the front desk worked his magic to ensure I stayed within my budget and upgraded my car rental! I had a great vacation thanks to Enterprise. I will be going to the Enfield location in the future.
This is my 2nd experience with Enterprise and yet another fail. Due to an accident, I had to go through Enterprise to get a rental. Let me tell you something, not only are these cars disgustingly filthy, they clearly do not keep up with the maintenance either. The first car didn't have any A/C and the second car same model Nissan Rogue, hadn't had the oil changed in over 10,000 miles. This car was driven from Maryland to Enfield, CT.nnWe all need a rental at some point and to be blatantly lied to twice about the vehicle being well maintained and cleaned is infuriating. Shame on you Enterprise for your incompetentence and selfishness.nnThe positive reviews are from people who more than likely don't know or care about the quality or safety of the vehicle they're getting into.nnUPDATE - I followed up with an email as requested and cricket's. Not impressed.
