Enterprise Rent-A-Car

As an RV’er we needed a car to see the sites. Called the local office and he said they didn’t have a car till after 1. At 6 no cars. Would have some next morning . Next morning no cars again but had some coming in. Would call me. Never did and now it’s the next day with no call. We rented from Stanley Subaru in Trenton. Brand new car and cheaper. Also picked up. I’d try them first.

Called since 4PM for a day that ends at 6PM for them. Went to voice mail for almost 2 hours. Called the Enterprise headquarters instead, finally connected us to the local office. The man answering the phone sounded extremely tired and annoyed. I wonder why he did not pick up for 2 hours.nWe needed a shuttle to and from the office for the day we arrive through cruise, but was told that it was all booked for the whole day.nLong story short, no Enterprise.

Daisy did a great job taking care of us. We were able to rent a car one day get a one day rate and she was able to shuttle us back to bar harbor where my family was waiting. Service was extraordinary. I am very very satisfied with their effort and would use them again and again

Made my reservation. Got there and all they had was a larger truck. Well they wanted me to wait around all day until somthing came back. Instead the lady at Hertz spoke up and to us Darlings and another place did rentals. She was very very helpful. While once again Enterprise let me down!
