The car still had cookies stashed in the counsel and I wasn't on the road 15 min before the oil life warning came on. Worried about that for my 1200 mile journey. ~Steve Sapato the most famous unfamous speaker in America

So, I was in need of a car rental while my car was getting some work done. My insurance company preferred Hertz, so I decided to go through Hertz. I did it online and it sent over to the East Moline Store, they sent it to the IA City, IA store because it’s closer to my location. (Burlington, IA). LONG story short I had nothing but a horrible experience with the manager (Christian) through IA City. Not knowing what to do, I called the East Moline store back and explained my situation. The manager at East Moline, (Trafton) was extremely helpful and took over the rental. I am so greatful for all of his assistance with my car rental drop off AND pick up because I once again was having issues with the IA City Hertz, who were supposed to be picking up my rental. Trafton is a great manager who seems to actually care about the customer experience much more than some of his fellow managers at other branches do. Thank you again Trafton for helping pick up someone else’s slack!

Was having some trouble with out credit card and the employee was very helpful and figure out a way to get us going. It was much appreciated. Not to mention I called Enterprise first and after trying to use the stupid automated answering service got frustrated and hung up. Called Hertz where a real person answered the phone. Little stuff goes a long way
