Poor service,late most of the time, sometimes doesn't even show up at all and always making excuses if and when they ever answer the phone
I would gladly give the drivers 5 stars. However the dispatch needs a lot of work as they struggle with scheduling and getting their drivers in the right place at the right time. I am often seeing drivers 15 - 30 minutes late.
City Lift has kind considerate drivers for the most part as with practically any business there will be a stinker or two. As long as you call I say at least a week in advance and you can go about an hour in advance you should have no problem, this one thing is very important-- that is CALL IN ADVANCE IF YOU HAVE TO CANCEL FOR ANY REASON example if you wake up sick and the van is to pick you up at 7:00 CALL THE DISPATCHER AND CANCEL THE RIDE immediately this will save the driver time so they can go pick up someone else who needs a ride.
absolutely terrible service I work for a doctors office and we have people waiting over an hour sometimes 2 hours to be picked up and when we call because we are closing and still have people waiting for rides the dispatchers are rude and unhelpful they will just put you on hold so they don;t have to talk to you! Do not use this company unless you absolutely have no choice!
When I call people are nice still haven't used called first something wasn't listed so I had to call Carla next time I wanted to be picked up at another place not home then dropped off had a ride home well was told I couldn't do that
