When we got there, the car they initially were going to give us wasn't ready. They said we'd have to wait for them to do an oil change. We were definitely vocal about that, so got another vehicle instead. Also, despite what the Enterprise ads say about a safe pick-up (which the one that I use in Owensboro, KY on Hwy 54 does without any qualms) This Enterprise will NOT pick you up. I have yet to be impressed by any Enterprise outside my own hometown one. Good luck

People were so friendly! They called to start the rental paperwork within 10 minutes of me filing the accident claim. I had the car ready for pickup that afternoon because they were waiting for me to get there, not me waiting on them. They also will come to pick you up if needed.

I helped my friend return a rental and when the employee inspected the vehicle he said it was fine but he couldn’t enter the information because their system was down. Later that day my friend was notified that they claim she damaged the vehicle. She did not damage the vehicle and they are just trying to take advantage of her because she doesn’t speak English well and they think she won’t be able to fight back.

Sorry, I was not going to provide any feedback but I have received quite a few emails requesting for one. So, here it goes. I rented an SUV for one month but had to return it in one day because of the quality of the car. Unfortunately, there were no higher end or something closer to a luxury cars available at this site and I was looking for comfort since I was planning on driving for 15 hrs. I had to switch the car out twice because it was not comfortable at all. I understand that all rental cars acquire the basic model with no additional packages but the cars I was given were rough, not comfortable to drive. I tried two different models and they were simply not comfortable. I could feel every bump on the road and it was not handling well. Again, maybe I am spoiled by my own personal car but was hoping for something better from Enterprise. I wish they had a better selection as I was willing to pay a higher price.

I liked the professionalism of this place from the way they're dressed to customer service and I got a discount since my car was at Maaco.. I was picked up for my rental and dropped off back at Maaco upon my return of the car.. This was great service from the young lady that helped me & the rest of the staff!! Thanksud83dudc4dud83dudc4d
