Hertz at this location is great. It was fast and very professional. Ask for Jake! He had me in a nice car for my long trip to Jacksonville, FL. I drove 15hrs to and from Florida in a Hertz vehicle with out and hick ups. While on the road I had every confidence in the rental because I notice Hertz had a routine maintenance sticker on the windshield.
If only there was a zero star option.... No wonder this company is going bankrupt! The manager is too afraid to even take calls from customers. I will be glad to see them liquidated. Hopefully not a dime of our tax money goes to bail them out. Natural selection has spoken. Let them fail.
The guy's are great here there not full of themselves light hearted and fun. They make a bad situation seem good. Thank you guy's.
Took advantage of my situation and I would not recommend this place, they will act nice then act rude once they get your card information. They will charge you more than what they say and they won’t even want to speak with you.
