Excellent Customer service, Went above and beyond. Had to get my car repaired from platinum auto (next door). Maury met me at the auto shop, upgraded our car to an SUV because we where going out of town. And did everything to accommodate us. Would recommend and use again!

On this particular day, they weren’t able to pick me up from my location due to lack of man power in the store but the service itself was impeccable. It exceeded the initial downfall and made my experience enjoyable. The lady at the lake villa, IL location with the long nails was great. She was quick to the point and prompt. Good attitude. I have had nothing but fantastic experiences at this location. The cars I have rented are clean, available on time, and the staff goes out of their way to make sure the vehicle I get, meets my specific needs.nMaury takes customer service to a new level. He is one of the best branch managers I have ever dealt with, and has ensured I was taken care of when I had issues ( changing schedule, vehicle needs etc,) that were no fault of Enterprise. I highly recommend this location.
