I will never rent with anyone but Anthony and his team at the Round Lake Enterprise. They are knowledgeable, courteous, helpful and kind. Their inventory is deep; their cars are in excellent condition. When a death in the family necessitated a sudden change in our car rental plans, Anthony worked with us quickly and compassionately to alter our reservation and put us on the road toward home.

If I could give this less than one star, I would. The actual process of getting the rental through my insurance was no problem. However, the individual who got me set up at the location, made it sound like I had to take out the bumper to bumper insurance for an additional $17 a day before I could leave the lot. I’ve never had to rent a car before, so I had no idea. So I said sure. It took almost a month for my actual car to get fixed so I had this rental for almost 28 days. Well no one told me that I would be paying for 26 days of extra insurance because they originally told me it would be just for the first 5 days and then they would contact me. So I got charged $155 three times within 3 weeks, which was a huge blow to me. When I called to confirm that the rental had been returned I questioned this, and the first individual I spoke to claimed that I was lying. Then I talked to a manager and he said that since I initialed the contract that it was my fault and they couldn’t do anything. Then he told me the GM of the branch would call me on Tuesday and here we are two days after that and I’ve heard nothing. I will absolutely never be coming back here again and if I ever need a rental because my actual car is out of service, I would go literally ANYWHERE besides enterprise.

As always the employees were amazing. The car was ready for pickup and the employee took time to do the walk around to make sure everything was fine. When we returned the car the young man that checked us in did it quickly but efficiently. Will definitely rent from this Enterprise again.
