I never take the time to write reviews or complain. But I made a reservation for a large SUV to take my family on a long road trip. Unfortunately, when we arrived to pick up, our car was given away. They “called” us earlier but I assumed my confirmation email WAS the confirmation required. They completely derailed our trip and offered us smaller vehicles like the ones we own. The point of us renting was for more space for our family.nThey offered us different vehicles with a discount but when we returned, we found that there was a large SUV on the lot which we asked for. It was “spoken for” so why wasn’t ours? They said they’d call us later tomorrow.nRidiculous and unprofessional.
It was great Ben there really did me a SOLID.Good people at Avis or Budget ask for Ben.

Great customer service!! Was a running late for a return and owner stayed extra so I could return the rental in time...good cars great prices...would recommend
Polite staff even though they were stressed out being under staffed and over booked. I do though wish to complain about the odor of the cleaner or air freshener used in the car, smelled like a cross between a cheap cigar and dead skunk.
