I love Enterprise. I have rented from them for the past 6 years, and would rate them highly each time. Last week was spring break. When I arrived to pick up my rental I didn’t realize that I had received a call that there were no vehicles. I understood that they couldn’t magically make a car appear if they didn’t have any, but I was disappointed. CJ said, “Hang on.” Another car was returned and he personally vacuumed and washed it to get it ready for me! I thanked them with some cookies when I returned the car!nnThe only thing that would make things better is a better and larger location!

Every time I have a trip I use Enterprise they are always courteous and there is always no hassle, the cars are always clean and a smooth ride. Several times I have been blessed with a free upgrade, if I end up back a few hours before my return time I am always blessed with a lower price. One time my car broke down I was blessed with an upgrade at no cost to me, with no hassle. I am very confident in my choice to always rent from them. So thank you for being a dependable, comfortable and satisfying business every time!

Reserved a rental for 9am, had a confirmation number, got a call at 835am saying the car wouldn't be ready until at least 430pm or possibly even the next day. Ryan was rude and showed very poor customer service skills. He had no empathy. Called the 1-800 number and got better service.nnEDIT: Enterprise went above and beyond to make this right after the fact and I have since rented from them a few times.

Had a reservation for pickup at 4pm on Friday, someone called Thursday evening to tell me they currently don't have any cars available but they are working with their boss to get some brought from another location and they would let me know. No one EVER called me to let me know anything!!! Poor business. And this isn't the 1st time I had a reservation and they didn't have a car for me. Thank goodness for budget, they always come through for y'all don't.

I have a hard giving negative feedback but this is frustrating. I rented a car, it had a ding before I rented it. It was marked accordingly during the initial walk around. After I returned it I received a letter saying I owed for damages. I called and they said no problem, their mistake they will fix it. Cool. I get a second letter, I go in, our mistake we will correct it. Okay. Now I get a call from the claims department asking how I'm going to pay for it. I have never had a problem with any other car rental or rental place and this frustrating to say the least. I would give two stars but everyone I talked to was really nice.
