Boston road location has great staff that take care of you there. I’ve rented over 100 days this year and each and every time they’ve been on there “A” Game. Kyle,Guy,Meghan,and Ron are deff the people to see. Thanks guys!
Super great customer service, even though they are super busy , all the staff were super helpful an took a moment too check if I was being helped. The car itself was not 100% minus some damage to body , the one thing was the donut front passenger tire and the radio only worked if I plugged into it thru the USB port .(kinda annoying) but the car was super great on gas! Actually rented another car for the following week! Overall experience 10 out of 10!
The car was great it was a 2020 Chrysler Pacifica and it was a phenomenal vehicle. The only problem I had was that once I got home the back of the seats were really dirty and they had buggers all over and I had to clean it. The gentleman that helped me was great,quick and fast. I will def rent again just next time I will inspect the car better
Overall good experience. They had my reservation ready when I got there and respected the current covid-19 protocols (masks, distance, etc). I would suggest maybe putting a remote doorbell or something to signal that someone is waiting for them, because at the moment no one is allowed inside to ensure distancing and it can get hot outside. But again, good experience and A+ on customer service.
Reservation and pickup were friendly and easy. The car was conveniently dropped off at our auto body shop where our vehicle was being fixed.
