don't rent from here, I rented twice and I got my bill from the first time I rented after my second bill, I got charged returned for the amount of the rental + security deposit only for it to be taken away later and the second time I rented I was told the price was $150 and it will be that price that day and the next day but then when I got there I was told it was $200. Glad they went bankrupt, never renting from there again.

I had terrible experience. Once they finally answered the phone after several tries I asked for them to pick me up and they said they would call me back and never did. I had to order an Uber there because they still didn't call back 30 mins into my reservation. When there the man working refused to use my debit even though on my reservation paper it stated they accept debit cards at this location. The man just sat there and didn't try to help the situation. After I called the head office they also tried to get in touch with him to let him know I can use my debit card and he STILL didn't pick up the phone.

Jason the car rental associate at the Hertz in West Springfield MA. Is awesome!!! He went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and satisfied with my rental. Great customer service.

We rented a car from here. We needed to upgrade last minute and they cashier asked us for an additional $300 in addition to our weekly rate. The manager reduced it to $80 in addition to the weekly rate for a full size SUV. They provided us with great customer service, were courteous and are in a good spot.
