Enjoyed the rental car I was in! Friendly and helpful employees at the San Angelo location I used! Never had an issue with anything during my rental experience!nI will not be using the Brownwood location due to very rude employees! I drove over an hour and just because my documents had north on one and south on the other they refused to get me a rental car!

Made a reservation for a vehicle several days in advance. Called and confirmed the reservation the day before. Showed up to pick up the car and was told they don’t have a car for me and was not sure when they could get one. I understand that things happen but a courtesy call would have saved me a major headache. No one bothered to let me know in advance that there was an issue. So, last minute I was scrambling looking for a car for my business trip, which I had to reschedule. All the manager had to say was “sorry”and used spring break as as an excuse. Then why confirm the reservation! Saying sorry is not a solution! I called corporate, I was told that I would receive a call from a manager. 24 hours later and not a word. I use a rentals several times a month for business. Taking my business elsewhere.
Service desk associates friendly and efficient .Rental vehicle was very clean and sanitized to my satisfactory. Will continue using g this rental store and reccomend it to all my friends and associates!
