Need to be clearer on extra charges and fees. $300 deposit on a Volkswagen Golf for 3 days and $15 a day to add driver that is on insurance. I felt taken advantage of.
Conveinent location next to collision center. The corporate, over the phone rental, had not communicated down to the store and I had to contact the insurance adjuster to send data for claim. Not smooth, but it was taken care of.
Will definitely be renting from them and will refer people to them !! Best service I've had from a rental place
Jacob is AMAZING!! I have been using enterprise for years here in San Angelo. I use to go to the southwest location..which has gone downhill. I was so excited to find out Jacob was still with the company and was located at the San Jacinto location!! He always greets everyone with a smile and is an exceptional employee!!! I will stay with Jacob and enterprise on San Jacinto location. Its hard to find good customer service anymore..but here..that's what you will receive! Thanks Jacob!
