I wouldn’t rent a car from Hertz ever they left me stranded when I come in from Kentucky all because I only had a debit card I mean you can turn off a debit card as fast as you can turn off a credit card
It has been a struggle with rental car places today but Hertz in downtown fort Worth Allison and Chasity shined today. I am leaving in a car not on foot ,thank the Lord. Grateful for the empathy and communication that they provided for me today. outstanding people!!

I called 3/25/21 @ 3:50pm a women answered and asked if I could please hold? I did..... Hertz hung up. I called back and was asked to hold again and they hung up 9 min past 4pm. The location is 917 Taylor st ft. Worth Texas. So instead of helping customers close to closing they just hang up or put you on hold then never answer. Pretty rude. I will not ever use this company. Their employees need to know they are the face of the company and the result of this type of behavior, is losing business. And I will tell my friends and family about this experience. I hope the lady that Did this is taken care of.
Hertz Downtown Fort Worth, TX:nnRental was a 2020 White GMC Terrain, dropped off 8/1/2020nnCannon T7 Camera located in back seat. Have already checked lost & found.nnMissing camera, would have pictures from Yellowstone National Park.
