Enterprise Rent-A-Car

My wife setup a rental, through our insurance company, since she was going to be dropping off her vehicle for repairs from an accident. She set the reservation up via a link that was sent to her and it chose the Downtown Fort Worth Amtrak location, for some odd reason. Even though she was going to be dropping off her car at a service center off 35 & Basswood in Fort Worth. She made the reservation on Friday 03-19-21 around 5:00 PM. She still had not been contacted to confirm & finalize the reservation on Monday 03-22-21 at 4:30 PM. So I decided to call the Downtown Fort Worth location to se what was going on. Bryant Jackson was the rep I spoke to. He found the reservation and asked where she would be dropping the car off. I told him close to Keller Tx. Thinking he would ask for an address or zip code to refine the search for a closer Enterprise location. Unfortunately that was not the case. He proceeded to give me the number for a location in Keller Tx and told me I could call them and work it out. I asked if he could use the address or zip code to get me the number for the closest location. He said I could just call the Keller location because he was not familiar with that area. I was trying to make as few calls as possible, but that was more than Bryant was willing to assist me with. I proceeded to ask for Bryant’s supervisor and he stated he was the supervisor. So I asked for who he reports to. Bryant told me he was the manager and he ran that store and would only give me the number to the Enterprise in Keller. I called the Keller location and the rep there was very nice and helpful and got me the number for a much closer location. In fact the location he gave me, off Western Center, was 5 minutes from the repair shop. As opposed to 25 minutes from the Keller location I was given the number to. The rep at the Keller location even went as far to say, if you have any more problems to just call him back and he would assist me to get it taken care of. I called the Western Center location and that rep was very friendly and helpful. He even knew the name of the person we would probably talk to at the repair facility. He stated to just let her know, when we got to the repair shop, and she would contact the Enterprise on Western Center and they would come pick us up.

Picking up and dropping off rental car went very easily. I particularly appreciated the male employee who assisted me with pickup; he even got in the car to go over the car's features. Nice!

BY FAR the worst experience I EVER had at an Enterprise location, my insurance booked my reservation on Sunday I was called to confirm reservation on Monday for 7:30am on Tuesday morning.. Some lady called me Monday afternoon asking if I dropped my car off at a shop yet (Irrelevant) here it is Monday evening and I live literally Downtown and watched ppl pick up cars all day and am being delayed dropping my car off at the body shop because this place lied to me countless times about me being on the top of the list and everytime I spoke with someone different they said they were putting me at the top of the list because my reservation should’ve never been pushed back... All because an employee here said the insurance company doesn’t start paying until car is at a shop!!I am well aware of the process, I have used Enterprise countless times!!! This is the WORST BY FAR location !

Frankie is the best at customer service and knowledge of what customers want when renting a car. I was in and out within 5 minutes. For the best service at this location, ask for Frankie. I have heard customers complain about the wait time when the train comes in, but Frankie is fantastic getting the customers in their rental ASAP. Friendliness and professional is Frankie’s greatest assist.

Love going to this Enterprise! They are always so friendly and helpful! I paid for a compact car, they had to many vans, so it was their pick! We got a Dodge Grand Caravan for the compact price!! Sweet ud83dude0a
