I was shopping from out of state for a particular Honda Element. Those that know this vehicle know it has a bit of a cult following, and the good ones go quickly. I was able to call the dealership and was first to engage in the sale, but given I was 3.5 hours away, I could not get there the same day to purchase. Craig Simpson was my salesman, and he was very responsive and helpful with the preliminary information on this vehicle. They allowed me to hold the vehicle with a deposit until I could get there the next day to view and test drive. No other dealers had allowed me to do that while I was searching. Upon arrival the next day, I was told that there were two other deposits waiting on the vehicle, one with a full price offer. Despite this, they were still willing to negotiate the price slightly. Craig and the folks I dealt with were polite, professional, and efficient, qualities I value. I would not hesitate to purchase here again.

I was really nervous to shop for a car at a dealership but everyone at Nate Wade made me feel at ease and comfortable. No one was pushy and everyone was laid back. Definitely not the typical “dealership” vibe. I worked with Craig Simpson and he was the best salesman. Very knowledgeable and kind but not “salesy” at all! Very patient and helped me work through all my detailed questions. I would buy multiple cars from Craig. He’s the best.

Me and my husband came in knowing exactly what we wanted, and they made that dream a reality! We only had to talk to a sales guy, Rob, and a finance guy, Nick. They were both knowledgeable, extremely kind and transparent. We felt heard and cared for, with our situation. I will now only ever buy cars from Nate Wade, and I recommend the dealer to everyone I know, that’s in the market.

After many months searching for the perfect vehicle I was incredibly fortunate to finally find it at Nate Wade Subaru! I had previously been ready to purchase two other automobiles prior this one but was not given the chance by other dealerships, possibly due to being a out of area purchase. The professionals at Nate Wade Subaru, from Jody who took my initial inquiry to Garrett my sales consultant to John in finance were knowledgeable, genuine and great communicators. They answered all my questions promptly and provided solutions at every step while also being considerate of my needs and personal process. I highly recommend their services!

I decided to go to Nate Wade over another dealer based on reviews despite about a $300 increase in the car price and I'm really glad I did. I was able to match the price anyway and the experience was great. Never any pressure and I felt that Rob actually wanted to help me get what I wanted. No bull$#@+ fees or etching chargers. Glad I gave them my business
