Rented a truck from this location for a week. When we arrived the truck was not a full 4 door and they immediately fixed the situation. The check in and out process was fast and the service was very friendly I would definitely book again. Only comment for improvement would be to have the vehicles on full when people pick them up. Super Friendly, accommodating, fast, and professional.
They seem to have a monopoly from insurance companies and they can be OCD and nearly offensive in how closely they examine return cars for possible damage. But they meet a need and are usually efficient and polite. I've used this location exclusively for past ten years. I would give five stars if they allowed public to use restrooms. Our homeless brothers and sisters need access.
I'm really happy about my rental car with enterprise and I am really thankful for the efficiency of the particular enterprise I used in Salt Lake City. I was already a bit frazzled by the SLC "experience" which might be my next review.. so I was relieved at the wonderful and quick service with Abby, I believe was her name, she was so nice and also I returned the car after hours which was super easy.
Friendly and thorough staff. I’ve always enjoyed the cars I’ve rented out of this enterprise!
