The customer service we received was excellent! The vehicle we rented originally was no longer available. However, Monique went above and beyond to be sure we were taken care of. This is my new go to for my car rental needs. I highly recommend this location!
Why are you able to rent vehicles from the Avis website on the same day and less than 1 hour later, after Über'ing to pick up vehicle they are completely sold out, not only at the Avis but apparently all of them nearby. Not one car available. Staff was not pleasant, welcoming, or helpful in locating another vehicle and ultimately cost me another $120 in UBER fees. Thanks a bunch Avis!
I will never use this place again ....please run they tried to charge me excessive fee because they said I should of Vacuumed out the mini van I understand a full tank like you got it, which it was.... but vacuuming I have never heard of a car rental doing that. I feel like they wanted me to do there Job....never using avis/budget again.
I had a great experience the moment I walked into Avis. The customer service representative was proficient and professional and My rental was great. The SUV was clean and it drove great with no problems.
The young man that waited on me at the location was professional, very helpful and you could tell he really liked helping the customer, such a rarity in today times.
