Had bad experience at this place. I reached 15 min before my pickup time and there wasn’t anyone here. I had to call them and let them know although I had prebooked the car. Still it took them more than 45 min to get the car here. Very unprofessional behavior. The only good part for which I’m giving 3 stars is that they gave an upgrade for the car.
These folks are so friendly and efficient. It's been a pleasure renting from them. We have rented weekly while searching for a car after an accident totalled my personal car. The Pantego location is awesome.n.

They just hung up after all that waiting
The worst customer service. I was rear ended this Morning, spent all day on the phone with the insurance company and then tried to coordinate a rental so I’d have a car to get to work tomorrow. I get here to pick the car up and was treated so poorly. The man running the front desk had a terrible attitude and was extremely rude. I ended up going to another location to rent a car. Don’t waste your time here.
