The staff at this location is outstanding. They have been professional, helpful beyond what is customary and accommodating at every turn. Dawn especially has been great. She is the Enterprise Exotic rep in Salt Lake and has provided over and above customer service. If you are in town and prefer a nicer vehicle, I would highly recommend contacting the Exotic office and asking for Dawn.
Got into car accident and insurance provided me with rental car. Enterprise employee came to pick me up at the body shop and he was very nice. When we got there to get all the paper work done, it was hassle free and made thing easy. Dropping off was easier too. I came in at closing time and felt very bad, but employee who helped me didn't make any fuss and very optimistic. I would recommend it to ANYONE!
