Good place to rent! We rented a suburban. Very nice employees! I read a lot of reviews, they took really good care of us
Terrible place. When we got there to pick up the car I made SURE to ask the lady upfront if there would be any problems as we would be driving to Jackson Wyoming. She never told us about the hidden charges after a certain amount of mileage. I even asked “so we have unlimited miles right?” To which she replied “yes”. A week after my trip we get his with an almost $250 additional charge to my card. I call to ask why and they tell me due to mileage. They should definitely tell people that especially when I mentioned we would be driving out of town. Won’t use them again.
Highly unsatisfied. Especially when I tell them I’m going out of town (which is some distance) and no mention of the mileage fee.
These guys are awesome! Fair pricing excellent vehicles and friendly staff!
Our experience with Rugged was great! The vehicle more than met our expectations and we feel their rates are very competitive and fair. We'll rent from them again should the need arise!
Rented a large van, then upgraded to Sprinter Van. It was a great upgrade for a Yosemite climbing trip - plenty of room for six and all their stuff, and handled well on the highway (2,000 mi). Fast service at check out and check in. I will always rent from Rugged!
