Very dirty car, no windshield wiper fluid and it was snowing. Car gas tank would not take gas! Then it wouldn't open at all. The shuttle broke down on the way to the airport. The driver did not have a phone number to call. He then left to walk back to rental place to get help. Luckily, another Fox employee randomly pulled up behind us while we were stranded at the busy intersection. She got the ball rolling for us. Some of us were in danger of missing their flights. Hope they made it. Yes, Fox is cheaper but VERY substandard.

We had a good experience at Fox. A friendly service counter agent secured a Toyota Four Runner big enough to travel with three bikes. Upon return we needed everything to be perfectly on time as we had a 6 AM flight. The bus driver arrived early to clean the bus and we were on our way at 5:01 AM in a squeaky clean bus. The four runner was overdue for an oil change which was surprising but didn’t impact our trip.

I'm giving fox car rental a 5 star because they were very affordable, fast and the staff were friendly and helpful. Although the rental company was not at the airport they provided a quick free shuttle to the rental company and back to the airport. This was not the first time I have had to travel from the airport to a rental car company but they made it simple and quick. The staff were experienced and helpful answered all questions we had. The car was new and clean and the 4 wheel drive came in handy when the snow came in wyoming. Will be using there services again!

I reserved a car with Fox in early February for a June vacation. The. Airline changed our flight time so I contacted Fox to let them know and be sure my reservation would still be honored. I was assured it would not be a problem. Our flight arrived a few minutes early so we thought we would not have a problem. How wrong we were. We arrived at their pickup station along with several other families. After waiting half an hour, I started calling. All I ever got was their menu. There was no option to leave a voicemail. Luckily for us, an airport policewoman came by. She asked who we were waiting for. When we confirmed it was Fox, she called the attendant's personnel number. He answered, said he was out of cars and we were out of luck. He then hung up and would not answer the phone again. Thank goodness there were other car rental places open and we were able to rent another vehicle. I don't know how this place stays in business.
