When I have to rent a car, I always choose North Amherst Motors. They’re local — I like that. Their rates are fair. They offer a wide choice of cars and flexible rental options. The staff is wonderful. I have only good things to say about this business.

I love North Amherst Motors! Bryon always finds a time to fit me in, even when they’re busy. They’ve fixed my AC and replaced my headlights on my 2008 Honda CR-v. The people that work here are always kind and hospitable. The prices are very reasonable!!! I’ll continue going to North Amherst Motors while I’m living in Amherst.

Wonderful service!! Incredibly friendly and so helpful, went out of their way to direct bill my rental car to one insurance company and the balance over an estimate to the other insurance company - I so appreciated their assistance and expertise in navigating the insurance, they kept me fully informed and were easy to communicate with by email or phone, and my car looks brand new again. Can’t recommend more highly!!!

North Amherst Motors did a great job fixing our car after an accident that did considerable damage. They were in touch with me all the time to give me updates on status and to explain the insurance process. When we got the car back, it looked better than it had even before the accident. I would definitely go to North Amherst Motors again for any future repair/body work.
