We rented both in June, and, August of this year. Both times we enjoyed our rental. The vehicles kept us comfortable, and, secured in knowing our vacation would begin & end successfully.nnRating 4 stars because I extended my last rental by 1 day due to Hurricane Laura. I was to return the rental before close (noon) on Saturday. I was driving up 10 minutes before close, and, the agent already had one half of the gate closed! He was in the process of closing the other when I honked at him, letting him know I was simply returning. Only then did he open the gate. If I had arrived 2 minutes later, you all would've charged me an extra day! No thank you!

I have rented from enterprise before and never had a problem but this time I wasn't too happy. I notified the office that I would be returning the car on Saturday after hours . On Monday the office charged me for two extra days even tho they were open on Sunday, apparently inventory wasn't taken when they came in on Sunday. Then they charged me double for what the rate was for the rental which is over $300. I returned the car on October 10 and today is October 22 and I have yet to receive a call back or my money.
Quick and convenient. Was in and out in 10 min. Took a compact car ,unlimited miles tank fill $12 @1.99.
Awesome Service:We had to rent for 4 family members funerals and travel to New Orleans, la.
