My car was damaged in January 2020 and I had to get a rental during the repair period. I chose Enterprise and had to negotiate with my insurance to cover the rental. Even though I am a member of the Enterprise/National reward programs, I did not receive any credit for the rental. Why would it matter if I am giving Enterprise the business?nService by Enterprise was exemplary and professional. Your team worked hard to get me into a rental that was commensurate with my car. Greatly appreciated.

This location is not accommodating at all. They are out of a specific car but will still force you to pay the higher rates for other cars despite having a reservation. This is not good customer service. They made no concessions because they said if we don’t rent it, someone will and they don’t need to be helpful. Supply and demand keeps them in business...I asked Gerard to let me speak to a manager. He said he was and the only one I could speak with. I hung up very frustrated. I called the Denton Location (who I usually rent from) and told them the story. Guess what? They actually did their job and found a car that would work. GO TO DENTON!

Had my car repaired I caliber auto repair through my insurance company and enterprise provided the vehicle that was covered by the insurance company Ali the enterprise lady was such a great experience to have worked with so nice with customer service she made the whole nightmare of the auto repair painless

Excellent service. Covid-19 compliant. I had a few personal issues and they absolutely helped me when they didn't have to. Excellent people. Very thankful

Horrible car. Not enough room in passenger seat. My elbow still has a scab over the area where it was rubbed against the door. The center console is too wide and it is impossible to sit comfortably in that horrible car.
