I can’t say enough good things about this company. They totally customized in caring for my loved one to fit our needs. There were several times our family needed a break and I called Mike and he got a caregiver to come within hours of my request. The caregivers that came were so professional and caring. I recommend Helping Hands to everyone.
Care is absolutely wonderful and the people are very professional. Their attention is only your well being and I could not ask for better service! I would certainly use them again whenever I require such services. I believe anyone would be very happy with Helping Hands Services of Texas!
These are the most compassionate people. Very dependable. They assisted me and my family in a through a very challenging time. They were there for anything we needed for our loved one including being a wonderful companion, helped with hygiene, assisted my dad with medication, trips to the bathroom, light cleaning, exercise, meals, and laundry. They also have transportation services available which really helped me not to miss work when dad had to go to and from his doctors appointment, testing,groc store, etc.
As one that does not live close enough to my 87 year old dad to see about him when he need, Mike and his team of amazing care givens have done an amazing job putting my mind at ease. They have done a great job and have made him feel safe when I can’t be there.
Mike was there foe me every step of the way when I needed help for my mother. He and his team showed empathy and respect for my mom and our family at a time in our lives that was extremely difficult. I would recommend Mike to anyone who is in need of help with a love one especially when you want to keep them in the comfort of thier own homes.
