The car was dirty and the inside smelled really bad. Am only using this place because my insurance uses them. Even though they knew am coming to pick the car 4 days in advance they gave me the excuse that they couldn’t clean the car coz it was closed. It took forever to sign me in coz apparently the machine wasn’t working. Am not sure if it was new guy learning the system or what. Normally they walk with you to inspect the car for damages and ask you to sign. These guyz took some pics n asked me to sign. I insisted on taking pics with me as the car had lot of damages. In the end they asked me to sign a report on the phone which i did. When i came home and read the report it said the car was clean which was a lie. The car had no damages which was a lie. These folks are filling out lies on behalf of customers. Beware. Told my insurance so coz I don’t want to be liable for it. Am not surprised with the negative reviews here. Avoid the place if you can.

Great place great service but they charge your card if you do not extend the rental. They don't tell you that up front. I had called and one rep told me they would deduct extra days from my deposit bit instead they charge my card an extra $100 without telling me so be careful ask before you borrow about if situations should come up.

Let me tell you how great Joseph is... amazing!! His customer service is wonderful. The store is always clean and the employees are always helpful. I recommend this location over any other in the area (tried them and it disappointed me)
