The employees were very friendly and helpful. Even suggested to an upgrade that we accepted and it made our event that more enjoyable. The check in and check out process was quick and efficient. The car was very well cleaned and sanitized and well maintained. All in all a very easy and enjoyable experience. Especially in the Times that we are in.

Well initially the price was upfront plus ever place holds a $200 hold. No surprises until the last day came I needed the vehicle for another 2 days. I called the location I received the vehicle to ask my options the gentleman stated it was no big deal only $44 for each additional day. Here is where flags flew as soon as I hung up another $145 was deducted from my bank. Then when all was said and done I get an e receipt for $368 the next day that on top of the other charges totaling close to $800. Now everything has been reconciled except for $145 still to this day on hold. So why would I recommend anyone I know spend that much on a rent car. NO THANK YOU!!!! I'll stick with enterprise no hidden late fees no convenience fees the price you see is the price you pay no surprises and the money they put on hold is only the 200 nothing more!! And they release the hold money in a timely manner especially if a holiday is near. Buget must got this name because you all break the BUDGET!!!!!

Rented a vehicle from Budget Car Rental on 75 in Plano; Throughout a 7 day period my discover credit card has authorizations totaling over $2,600; Called the office in Plano during the rental term to modify the rental duration & was told could only accomplish this by contacting Budget Corporate, I called several times & was on hold for almost one hour & still never reached anyone; The entire experience was completely unacceptable & the ability to change modify or extend the duration of the rental term was not possible; I still have active credit card authorizations for over $1,700 greater than the cost of the vehicle rental; Completely unacceptable; I do not encourage anyone to use this location or this company after this recent experience & there are so many other options available.
