I would like to definitely give a thumbs up on this location. The staff is very helpful, courteous, informative, which is why I returned to this location instead of the Avis closes to me which is 505 North Central Expressway iin Richardson.nDid not like the customer service at all.
Staff is always helpful and nice, I will be back for my next trip.
I paid over $100 for a day rental, car was not clean both inside and out. Toys and, I'm not sure, but it looks like dog hair all over the rear carpet. Seats were very dirty and look as if the carpet was never cleaned. I had to pay an addition $20 dollars to have the car clean before taken trip with my family. I complain about my service experience and all I receive was we will do our best to do better. It would have been nice to have received a discount or compensation for the cleaning fee.
The price, easy pick up and return and marvelous customer service.
Don’t waste your time coming here. My husband and I are frequent renters and never had any issues until today. Their new staff has no clue of what to do and lack customer service. I wish the old staff would come back this is ridiculous.
