Called ahead to make a reservation, the person i spoke to at Enterprise’s call center could barely speak english.nWhen i went to the Greenfield rental facility to pick up the vehicle it was not ready and none of the billing info i had given the woman over the phone had been recorded and the employee at the branch just defended her incompetence sighting procedures which were not brought to my attention when making the reservation.nI only ever use this company as i am required to for work related rentals.

Got a rental car for a few days as my car was in the body shop after a car backed into us at Big Y! This happened about 8 years ago! Very easy process obtaining a rental car from Enterprise!

I called and reserved a car today 11/11/2019 I was told I was all set to pick it up for 4pm and when I got there they said it was no longer available. He said he called the number they had on file which is from 3 years ago. Why didn’t he confirm my phone number? I wasted time and money to get a ride out there. And why didn’t he at least call another enterprise agency to see if anything else was available?

I've been renting vehicles from varied rental companies for many years. My experience most recently at Enterprise in Greenfield, MA was exceptional and so I am writing to let others know of the excellent service I received. I can't remember the fellow's name, but he went out of his way to make sure my wife and I were satisfied and happy with the car. And he made a point of telling about all the controls (which is not that common when renting elsewhere) so I didn't have to figure it out myself or consult the manual . He washed the car and pleasantly wished us well, in a manner I believed was genuine.

I have rented from Enterprise before and my experience was mixed. When I arrived to pick up my car,they did not have the car I had reserved. They offered an upgrade, hey what else could I do, but when I went to start the car and go to work, the ignition didn't turn over.nSo, I called, and due to no a shortage they could not bring me another vehicle for 4 hours! I was told someone needed to stay in the store.nWell so everyone deserves a second chance, everyday
