Customer service was great however, the car was filthy. The fuel gauge was under half a tank when I received it. The change oil light notification was on and the last oil change sticker on the window was from 30,000 miles ago. Based on this I feel 3 stars is warranted.
Great people to work with there they take there people you get you a car from here you will not be dissatisfied go up there and ask for Andrew Wilson He’ll get you right
The customer service had really declined at this location. I rent a car several times s month from this location. In the past 3 months. The wait time for getting a car had increased dramatically. It has been taking 20 minutes to 40 minutes to complete the reservation and leave the parking lot. I had three rental cars with air pressure warning lights on when I tried to leave the facility. The last rental I received from their was a minivan. I reserved a standard size car. The only cars they had available was 3 minivans. I did not have any choice, and had to take the minivan.nI will be using the Enterprise location at the Columbia airport as much as possible I'm the future. I do not recommend this location.
