Normally we use enterprise all the time. Was very disappointed. Told us on phone could not make reservation less than week and had to make in store. Drove 30 min and was told 9 day minimum. So did not rent car. Call next day was able to make reservation if we would drive hour to newberry. When we arrived in Newberry was told no cars available. We were headed to see our son in college for Easter. Was left stranded by enterprise and was told nothing they could do. We rent cars a couple of times a year from here. Not sure about future bookings if can't depend on enterprise.

Rented a car from 10/24/2020 to 10/26/2020. Process went smoothly and had no issues with vehicle. Monday morning I check my account and I was charged an additional 219.37 on top of deposit and rental fees. An agent at location informed me that due to a computer error I was charged instead of refunded and that I would receive the money within 24 hours. Hasn't happened. Just thought this should be known.

Great experience renting a car from Enterprise. Was able to get a free upgrade to an SUV that fit me better than the car I originally chose. The Nissan was clean and very comfortable drive over the days I was renting. Picking up and returning was hassle free and the customer service reps were very friendly, responsive and got me on my way within mere minutes. I highly recommend them for their overall professionalism and attention to detail.

Previously I’ve been happy with Enterprise but this last interaction changed that opinion... The rental was coordinated with an insurance company following a wreck. We experienced unclear or missing communication several times between Enterprise, Progressive, and the body shop. The last straw occurred when we saw 13 gallon (half-tank) refueling charged to the insurance company on the day we returned the car nearly full and noticeably higher than it was when we received it. There is no way that Enterprise fit more than 2-3 gallons in it (no possible way it needed 13!!)
