Paid upfront and then charge me again. Never will go again
Tried to over charge me for the rental again after I had already paid upfront. The car was filled back up after for return and very clean. My husband and both was very upset and they finally figured it out and they didn't charge us.
Very good customer service. Very accommodating. Helped to make my rental experience AND dealing with my insurance company like a walk in the park.
Girl set up the time to meet me today at 3 at the body shop I'm taking my car to. Called me the DAY OF to let me know they're closing at 12. So now I'm screwed and having to wait til Monday to drop my car off at the shop. I'm working with Enterprise now. Hertz lost me as a customer for sure. How do you wait the day of to let me know you close 4 hours earlier than normal?
I needed a car for a week. They picked me up and rented me a Sonic. The car was in excellent shape and staff were friendly. I highly recommend!
