They were very friendly and helpful! Got a fun Dodge Charger- Red! The airline changed our itinerary and we got in earlier and they came through with a car for us! Very pleased.

This was the easiest rental experience I've ever had. Staff was friendly and the vehicle was top notch. The only downfall was there was no consideration for a discount. What you reserve online for a price is what you get, so get discounts when booking online.

We booked 3 weeks out to pick up our car in the Charleston, SC airport. It was higher priced due to spring break. After traveling all day we got checked in and then set off, excited, to get our car. Made it to the pick up counter and then we’re told that they were out of cars. There were about 10 trucks there, but no one knew where the keys were. After being told I don’t know 3 or 4 times when we will have cars, I went to cancel (2 hours into the process). I was then asked by the supervisor why I was causing such a scene. Not sure what scene I was causing. Did not raise my voice, but was very confused at how the story about why no cars kept changing. Needless to say I will NEVER use this company again. I usually use Enterprise and this will be the case going forward. I give them -4 stars.

The airline messed up my itinerary and destination city. Thrifty worked with me and honored my reservation in another city with no penalty. Seriously....very classy! They won me over. Vehicle was great. No issues. Will gladly use this rental agency again.

Great counter service at Hilton Head Airport. We got a big, new pickup truck. Much bigger than anticipated and fun to drive. Will definitely use Thrifty again!
