I had the worst customer service experience of my life here in March 2021. My husband, my infant child and I had made a reservation to pick up a car at 2pm. At 1:59, I received a voicemail that they did not have enough cars to fulfill their reservations... Sorry. We were already pulling into the lot fresh off a flight and thought okay we will figure this out. The office was locked and no one was there. I called the office and was told that they would call me right back. NO ONE contacted me. EVER! We never received a call never mind get a rental car. This was TERRIBLE. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE.

We had a front passengers side tire blow out on I-95 just south of exit 22 that damaged the car to the point of it being undrivable. Charles was very helpful talking to us to come and pick us up and drive us to the location. He helped me unload the car and loaded our luggage and stuff into the rental. We were treated well by the staff to help over come our anxiety as a result of the car issue. If Charles had not come out to pick us up before the tow truck arrived, we might have had to unload the car and sit on the interstate since we could not ride in the tow truck due to COVID concerns. When we arrived at the store, they had the same vehicle ready that were own. State Farm and Hertz work well together. THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU!!!!!!

Well I gave Hertz a chance because I needed a rental a while back & the fact that my insurance deals with them. Needless to say i was too disappointed with them. I can understand not having any cars available because people need them for all sorts of reasons. What I didn't understand was, how come the people didn't know when any cars would be available because you charge based on how long a customer needs it. Next, no one contacted me through the waiting period and I strongly urge them to get more cars if business is so busy. I took my talents to Enterprise which I've dealt with in the past anyway.

Friendly staff. They were very tolerant of my toddler while I was waiting on someone. Even entertaining her a bit as she was curious about things. The transaction of renting and returning the vehicle was quick abouts well. Getting to them can be like abouts maze at times if you never been there abouts they are among coupke of dealerships.
