You want Cam when you come here. Positive attitude, treats customers like he would want to be treated. I watched a customer be extremely rude to him but his posture didn’t change in the slightest. He remained professional, patient and positive. He then took care of my needs and all reared completely composed. Customer service and professionalism is getting rare, glad to see it still exists.

I can say this enterprise in wilson nc is very good at making sure every one is helped and if any problem come up they will make sure you leave happy.. I have been renting from different enterprise for over 9 years now. And I can say there staff this year is trying to reach a new goal. There is this one young man name Cam he talks to you with care as if he understand everything your going threw and tries his best to his knowledge to help you with what he can as a staff member. I see him growing witch is a great look for enterprise. And let's not forget about the management team. They make a great team and keeps everyone heads on straight.. Cam was the most helpful person I've dealt with at any Enterprise establishment and I used to work for Enterprise. Easy transaction, no rush and eager to help. Managed to leave our garage opener in the rental after dropping it off and Cam was on top of getting it back to us. Usually, obtaining a rental can be a hassle, but Cam and crew were a delight. Highly recommend this place.
