Thrifty Car Rental

I will say this a hundred times over... DO NOT GO HERE. I rent a car about once up to three times a month and have never had to pay these fees for the camera toll. It ended up totally 95 dollars for 5 .62 cent toll charges because they tacked on 15 dollar covience fee to every single one.. go to hertz or another place. Stay clear of this place

no answering when you call or they pick up and hang up right awaynIn 2019 get to an small accident wasn't at fault on record .the other party didn't have insurance got away with it .since i had insurance thrifty unfairly want me to pay. i make Geico paid the repairs.they want more money stating that it wasn't enough .Agent at Geico ask proof they refuse to provide.nPut me on do not rent list .so rude , unprofessional ...

On August 14 we rented a car from thrifty The car smelled like smoke definitely was not cleaned But was the only car that fit our needs for the trip figuring if we drove with the windows down that would help to dissipate the smell we returned the vehicle 3 days later then I received a receipt that has an added charge of $300 dollars on it for smoking in the vehicle my fiancé and I are not smokers we call waited on hold for nearly 2 hours to try andRectify the mistake on their part finally spoke with a repressive put in a dispute with them then someone was supposed to get back to us within 48 hours which still hasn’t happened and the charges have not been lifted as of yet it is now the 6th of September we called the number today and it said they’re open 7 days a week that was filled by a message saying they’re closed and that was at 2pm E/S time

Tented a car and a portable GPS. GPS is non continuing and have spent the last hour trying to get someone in the phone. Recording days they are open 7 days a week between 6 am and 8 pm. It's 10 am and I still get the recording. Sometimes it connects and then hand up. Ridiculous. Won't pay for something that doesn't work. Days I have 3.3 miles to go and will arrive in 2 hours or screen says turn left and voice says turn right. Beyond frustrated.

I don't know what everyone else is complaining about. They made check in and out easy, car didn't smell like smoke, nice staff and convenient shuttle. Pretty great experience in the midst of a pandemic. Thanks Thrifty!
