Surprisingly it was very efficient to drop off the rental car.

Folks were pleasant and we were upgraded at no cost with a brand new car!

Awfull. The directional signs for car rental locations have been bleached out by the sun to render them illegible. Someone ought to lose their job for letting that happen. The last left turn to National car rental intersection with it's one stop sign - all airport personnel at the managerial level should be required to drive through that intersection when they arrive to work, go to lunch, return from lunch (whether they eat on site or not) and when leave to go home - is a shame on airport parking engineers. It's a reflection on their competence, RDI's reputation as an international airport, the the great state of North Carolina's engineering schools.... you all are a bunch of back water hicks.nRaleigh-Durham Airport: Expect the Worst, Forego All Hope.
