Enterprise Rent-A-Car

I rented a car from this location. I was given a pretty dinged with paint chipped all over the car. This car was in poor condition with dings and dangs. When I returned the car, the agent accused me of chipping the break light and I told him the whole car is dented has dings, and painted. My wife hardly drove and put 53 miles in 5 days and had it standing in my garage entire time. They also charged my card for $50 without my permission or authorization or signature for the damage. Furthermore, when I arrived at my repair facility the car wasn't even ready. Had to waste my time going to the location to pick up the car. PLEASE DO NOT RENT FROM THEM THEY WILL CHARGE YOU FOR PRE-EXISTING DAMAGES!!!

My experience was excellent. Dillon, in the Slater Rd location helped me. He was friendly, helpful and fast. Which is exactly what I needed. He even accommodated my schedule change and allowed me to come in earlier than scheduled even though he was the only person working at the time.

I rent cars here on a regular basis, but I’m tired of being treated as a second class person. Each time I rent a car they give me the worse carbon the lot. I rented a car today and they gave me a car that was so bad I almost run into another car at the lot. I told the young lady I’m not happy, but she very rude.have a nice day and walk away. If you guys don’t start respecting people you will some more one stars I told her. She walk away and said a gave you an up grade so be happy. I don’t have to complain to be treated like a regular person. Shame on Enterprice rent a car.

One of the worst customer service. The leads appear to be soft spoken, but very manipulative with inconstancies and lies. Instead of de-escalating conflict or finding a resolution, customer is treated very poorly and left in the dust.nnPlease go to a different non-affiliated company instead of this one.

I rented a vehicle from this location for 6 weeks and was charged $2500 AFTER being told I was being charged a weekly base rate of almost $300. Rep at the location was rude when i called several days later to follow up on the misinformation. Also never received the break down of the receipt I requested. Filed a complaint online yesterday and haven’t heard back. As an essential worker waiting for a car repair, what else would I expect from BIG business...Thanks a lot!
