The Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Malden, MA has always been a pleasurable experience for me. I have rented several times and each one was smooth and painless. There were a couple times where the specific size car I reserved was unavailable but they were quick to upgrade me at no extra charge.nnThe cars are always clean and run smooth and I've driven hundreds of miles in them with no issues. My most recent rental was during Covid and this location was doing outside service only. I arrived at location and waited maybe 2 minutes before I was assisted and the entire process was again smooth and painless.nnI would definitely recommend this Enterprise for anybody looking for clean and easy rentals.

I had scheduled a certain size SUV and was very specific with the request. The agent said it would be there. When I showed up it was not they had a much smaller one and after checking around i had to have my ride come back to pick me up and then I had to drive 40 minutes to get the one I needed. When I was going to return it I asked if I could return it the first place I went and was told no. I’ve used Enterprise for a number of years and have been satisfied but this was not a good experience.

Rented from the commercial street location in Malden. Outstanding job done by the staff! Car was super clean and all social distancing guidelines adhered too. Great location that always has multiple vehicles in each class to choose from. Highly recommend this location as they Rock!

Enterprise is losing a customer as a whole. I Rented a a suv for 48 hours at this location and have been accused of damage that me and employee did not see during the inspection. The vehicle already had damage to the rear driver side of the vehicle. Been accused of adding a very tiny dent to the front side fender of the car where everyone knows if you add damage to a fender the door will buckle every time you open it on a suv that is made of tin metal. The damage had to be done and brought to body shop already taking care of by a previous driver and reappeared but the management is sold of the fact that I caused this damage to a vehicle. Was giving this car with a quarter tank of gas went to pump it and caught a engine light and had have the gas station clear it really should of left it as the lemon it is. They tried hitting me with the oldest trick in the book if anyone plans on coming to this location MAKE SURE YOU RECORD THE VEHICLE INSPECTION .

Don't let the good reviews mislead you. This location doesn't seem to keep promises to insurance customers. I had numerous conversations giving all my information and I had to pick up 8am sharp and go straight to work. Assured me I pretty much be handed keys and let go ( after license and etc). Didnt have a vehicle ready and a couple brought their rental back. Was told that was my car and needed to wait to clean. Headed to work late , in a uber.
