I was supposed to be picked up at 8:10 pm th e didn't show up till 9:45 1hour and e5 minute late. I called nobody answered and today my calls are going straight to voicemail. Terrible service.

I was scheduled to be picked up at 4pm. At 4:15 they said they'd get me in 6 minutes. At 4:30 they said 7 more minutes. At 4:45 they put me on hold & left me there. I called 3 more times & wen't straight to voicemail. They finally showed up at 5pm. There was food on the seat. The minivan smells foul & needs to be clean. What a nightmare :( I wish there was a Zero stars option
